About Me
Hi, I’m Asia Junea, certified birth and post partum doula serving the metro Atlanta area. I bring a life-long passion for the safety and well-being of children and families with over 10 years of experience in child welfare, social services and childcare with both the State of Georgia and private services.
Birthwork is ministry and I have been called to serve families in ushering in the next generation of life. I believe the word of the Lord which declares that Women are fearfully and wonderfully made, fully equipped to bring forth life. My desire is to serve you throughout your birthing process by providing healing, support, education, and advocacy as you experience the glorious gift of life giving.

The benefits of a doula
Doulas are trained professionals who offer emotional, physical, and educational support to expectant mothers and their partners, both before, during, and after childbirth. Their services include prenatal and childbirth education, labor support, and aid in developing a birth plan to ensure a positive childbirth experience.

- Support via talk and text throughout pregnancy
- Routine check-ins
- 24hr on-call coverage and support at 37 weeks
- 2 Prenatal visit for birth education, birth plan review and labor prep activities
- Continuous In-person labor support from active labor throughly birth
- Immediate postpartum support following birth
- Daytime post partum visit (4hrs)
- Overnight postpartum visit (6hrs)

Womb reconciliation coaching
During this 90-minute session, we discuss maternal experiences and concerns that could have an impact on a child's development. The primary objective of this session is to break the cycle of trauma being perpetuated from one generation to another.
Postpartum support
As an experienced specialist in newborn care, my primary objective is to provide new parents with emotional support, guidance, and assistance with breastfeeding. This service entails creating a nurturing environment and aiding with essential household chores such as cooking and laundry. Parents are provided a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss their thoughts and concerns about parenthood.
